"Turkish Kebab Extravaganza: A Flavor Explosion on Every Skewer!"

Ingredients:

  • Carrots.
  • Onion.
  • Hot pepper.
  • Bell pepper.
  • Mixed bell peppers.
  • Potatoes.
  • Tomatoes.
  • Banana (plantain).
  • Cube of butter.
  • A little oil.
  • Slices of beef.
  • Bay leaves.
  • Cardamom.
  • Bouillon cube.
  • Black pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Turmeric.
  • Meat spices.
  • A pinch or stick of cinnamon.
  • Hot water.

    For the dough:
  • 2 cups flour.
  • A pinch of sugar.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons oil.
  • ¾ cup water.
  • 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Nigella seeds or sesame seeds.

Instructions:

1. Cut the vegetables into large cubes and the meat into large cubes as well.

2. Heat a pot with a cube of butter, some oil, and beef slices, and sauté before adding the meat. After adding the meat, include bay leaves and cardamom.

3. Stir well until the meat colors, then add the vegetables. Mix thoroughly with a bouillon cube, salt, pepper, turmeric, and meat spices.

4. Add a pinch of cinnamon and enough hot water to cover the meat. Stir well and let it simmer on low heat for an hour and a half.

5. For the dough, mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

6. Add oil and water, mix well, and add a tablespoon of oil until the dough comes together. Let it rest.

7. Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a baking dish. Roll out the dough and place it on top of the meat. Brush with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds or nigella seeds.

8. Preheat the oven and bake in the middle until the top is golden and the bread is crisp. Enjoy!
