"Tiramisu Delight: A Decadent Journey into Coffee and Cream Bliss"?

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks.
  • 1 whole egg.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • A pinch of vanilla.
  • 1 cup cream.
  • 1 packet whipped cream powder.
  • 1 small cup milk.
  • 100 grams cream cheese cubes.
  • 1 cup hot water.
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee.
  • Ladyfingers biscuits.
  • Cocoa powder for topping.

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water and stir well until the mixture becomes creamy. Add a pinch of vanilla and stir again until the desired consistency is reached. Set aside.


2. For the cream, mix together cream, whipped cream powder, and milk in a bowl. Whisk until it reaches a thick consistency, then add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.


3. Beat the mixture again until it becomes thick and smooth, then fold in the egg mixture and stir well.


4. Prepare a bowl with hot water and dissolve the coffee in it. Allow it to cool. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the cream mixture.


5. In a separate bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar to the coffee. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them over the cream layer in the baking dish.


6. Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the baking dish and top with another layer of cream. Repeat the process.


7. Finish with a final layer of cream and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Enjoy!
