"Saudi Masabeeb: A Perfect Blend of Tradition and Flavor!"

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water.
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Flour.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • ¼ cup milk powder.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar.
  • Turmeric.
  • Cardamom.
  • Instant yeast.
  • 1 egg.
  • vanilla.
  • Ghee or butter.

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine the water, evaporated milk, oil, flour, and a pinch of salt.


2. Add the powdered milk, sugar, turmeric, and ground cardamom.


3. Add the yeast, egg (optional), and vanilla, then blend well.


4. Let the mixture rise for an hour.


5. Pour the batter onto a medium-hot griddle in circular shapes.


6. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes to cook the other side.


7. Transfer them to a plate and brush with melted butter or ghee.
