Ingredients:

  • 300 grams melted butter.
  • 100 grams sugar.
  • 1 egg.
  • A pinch of vanilla.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour.

    For decoration (optional):
  • Strawberry jam.
  • Caramel.
  • Chocolate.

Instructions:

1. Place the butter in a bowl and beat it well. Add the sugar and mix until it dissolves completely in the butter.


2. In another bowl, beat the egg and vanilla together, then add them to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.


3. Add the flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes wrapped in parchment paper.


4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of about half a centimeter.


5. Cut the dough into desired shapes, remove the excess, and let it rest for 5 minutes before rolling it out again.


6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Make sure the oven is preheated for 10 minutes before placing the cookies inside.


7. Remove from the oven and decorate as desired. Enjoy!
