Rice and Cream Immersed in Shawarma: A Delectable Fusion of Savory and Spiced Perfection!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice.
- 2 cups of yogurt.
- 1/4 cup of cream.
- 300 grams of entrecote beef.
- 1 container of yogurt.
- Shawarma spices.
- Black pepper.
- Butter.
- Salt.
- Toasted bread.
Instructions:
1. Cut the meat into shawarma slices, then heat a and add butter until melted.
2. Mix yogurt with shawarma spices in a bowl, then stir well.
3. Add the meat to the pan and stir, then pour the yogurt and shawarma spice mixture over it.
4. Once the meat is cooked, prepare a casserole dish by placing toasted bread at the bottom, then add the meat on top.
5. Add well-washed rice, followed by cream and butter.
6. In a bowl, combine warm yogurt with black pepper, a pinch of paprika, and a bouillon cube. Stir well, then add salt.
7. Pour the yogurt mixture over the rice, then place the casserole dish in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce the temperature to 140°C and leave it for another 15 minutes.
