Quick and Easy Beet Salad: Ready in Just 6 Steps!

Ingredients:

  • 3 beets.
  • ½ cup water.
  • A pinch of sugar.
  • 2 pickles.
  • ½ bunch of cilantro.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 large lemon.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A pinch of black pepper.
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Instructions:

1. Peel the beets and cut them into small cubes.


2. Cook the beets in boiling water for at least one hour, adding a pinch of sugar.


3. Dice the pickles into small cubes.


4. Chop the cilantro and add it to the boiled beets and pickles.


5. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.


6. Add mayonnaise, mix everything well, and serve. Enjoy!
