"Qamar al-Din Mhalabia: A Refreshing and Creamy Apricot Delight"

Ingredients:

  • A package of apricot paste (Qamar al-Din).
  • 5 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • 1 liter of water.
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons of sugar.

    For garnish:
  • Shredded coconut.
  • Raisins.

Instructions:

1. Cut the apricot paste (Qamar al-Din) into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with water and stir well.


2. Heat 1 liter of water in a pot and add the apricot paste. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes until it dissolves.


3. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring until you reach the desired consistency. Then, add the sugar and mix well.


4. Pour the mixture into glasses, and once it cools, garnish with shredded coconut and raisins. Enjoy!
