Ingredients:

  • Pillila (or "boiled wheat").
  • 1 liter of milk.
  • Sugar.
  • 2 packets of vanilla.
  • 1 can of cream.
  • Milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • Toasted kunafa.
  • Nuts for garnish.

Instructions:

1. Soak the bulgur for 2 hours, then place it in a pot on the stove to boil. Afterward, add the milk and sugar, stir, and then add the vanilla and cream, stirring well.


2. In a bowl, mix milk and cornstarch, then gradually add this mixture to the milk, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is reached.


3. Prepare the dishes by placing toasted kunafa with butter, then add the bulgur mixture and garnish with nuts. Enjoy!
