"Penne Arrabbiata: A Fiery Italian Delight!"

Ingredients:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Cooked penne pasta
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions:

1. Chop the tomatoes and blend them into a purée.


2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add the garlic and chili powder, stirring well.


3. Add the tomato paste and mix well, then add the tomato purée.


4. Lower the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes.


5. Add the cooked penne pasta, stirring in salt and pepper.


6. Add a bit of parsley and enjoy!
