"Milk Cake: A Rich and Creamy Indulgence You Can't Resist!"

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour (140g).
  • 3/4 cup sugar (150g).
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons butter (50g).
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Important note: Use a 20 cm Tefal cake pan.

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil together until the sugar granules dissolve in the eggs.


2. Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix them together.


3. Melt the butter with the milk, then add them to the mixture and combine gradually.


4. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.


5. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.


6. After baking, cut into pieces and top with caramel and strawberries.
