"Mango Kunafa: A Sensational Fusion of Tradition and Tropical Delight"

Ingredients:

  • Mango jelly packet.
  • 1 cup hot water.
  • 250 grams of kunafa.
  • 100 grams melted butter.

    For the cream:

  • Whipped cream.
  • 2 tablespoons regular sugar.
  • or powdered sugar.
  • Vanilla extract packet.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 2 cubes cream cheese.
  • A little sweetened.
  • condensed milk.
  • Mango pieces.

Instructions:

1. Place the jelly packet in a bowl, add the hot water, and stir well until dissolved. Set aside.


2. Prepare the kunafa, add the melted butter, and mix well until it absorbs the butter. Then, place it in a pan over heat.


3. In another bowl, combine the whipped cream, sugar, vanilla, milk, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Whip until you achieve the desired consistency.


4. Add the mango pieces to the cream. Then, take a baking dish and layer it with kunafa, followed by a layer of cream, and top with mango pieces.


5. Pour the jelly over the kunafa and cream. Enjoy!
