"Lasagna Bliss: Layers of Cheesy Heaven!"

Ingredients:

  • Oil.
  • Celery.
  • Half a finely chopped onion.
  • Ground beef.
  • Meat seasoning.
  • Cooking sauce or 2.
  • tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Mustard.
  • Lasagna noodles (boiled in salted water for a quarter-cook).
  • 2 tablespoons butter.
  • Half a cup flour.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Thyme.
  • Cheese.

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan, then add celery and half a finely chopped onion, and sauté.


2. Add ground beef to the celery and onion, and stir until the beef changes color.


3. Add meat seasoning, sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef, stir well, then add mustard and continue sautéing.


4. Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water for a quarter-cook.


5. To prepare the béchamel sauce, melt butter in a pot, then gradually add flour while stirring.


6. Gradually add milk to the flour, then add salt, black pepper, and thyme until the béchamel thickens.


7. In a baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel, then arrange a layer of lasagna noodles, add the meat, and cheese. Repeat layers if there is space.


8. Add a final layer of béchamel and sprinkle cheese on top.


9. Bake the dish in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes until it starts to bubble.


10. Turn on the broiler for 5 minutes to achieve a golden top.
