  • 400 grams of kataifi dough.
  • 3 tablespoons of ghee
  • 2 cups of Nabulsi cheese.
  • 2 cups of syrup.

    Instructions:

    1. Take the kataifi dough, sprinkle a little water on it, and cut it manually.

    2. Put it in a food processor and chop it, then take it out and pour the ghee over it.

    3. Mix them well together.

    4. Prepare a small baking tray and grease it with ghee, especially the edges.

    5. Place the kataifi dough in the tray and press it down firmly.

    6. Add the cheese, then cover it with more kataifi dough and sprinkle a little water on top.

    7. Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes on the bottom and 5 minutes on the top.

    8. Grind the pistachios for garnish.

    9. Take the kunafa out, pour the syrup and pistachios over it, cut it, and enjoy your meal.
