Ingredients:
- 250 grams minced veal.
- 250 grams minced lamb.
- Onion.
- Bunch of parsley.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 2 potatoes.
Tahini sauce ingredients: - 1 cup yogurt.
- 1/2 cup tahini.
- 1/2 cup water (more or less depending on the thickness).
- 1 crushed garlic clove.
- Juice of 2 small lemons.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
Instructions:
1. Put the two types of meat in a bowl together, then add the salt and black pepper and mix them.
2. Chop the onion and parsley, then put them in a food processor and blend them with the garlic.
3. Drain the mixture from water and add it to the meat with a pinch of salt, mixing them well.
4. Divide the mixture in half and place it in a baking tray, pressing it down.
5. Cut the potatoes into slices and fry them halfway in oil.
6. Drain the potatoes and place them on top of the meat, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at the highest temperature.
7. To make the tahini sauce, combine yogurt, tahini, salt, nutmeg, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
8. Add water gradually to achieve the desired consistency, mixing thoroughly.
9. Pour the sauce over the meat after removing it from the oven and garnish with hot peppers.
10. Bake in the oven for 5 more minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
