Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of beef.
- Half a kilo of lamb.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 1 tablespoon black pepper.
- 1 onion.
- 1 bunch of parsley.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
Tahini Sauce: - Yogurt.
- Tahina.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- Nutmeg.
- Garlic.
- Lemon juice.
Onion Salad: - Onion.
- Parsley.
- Bell pepper.
- Sumac.
- Bread.
Instructions:
1. Mix the two types of meat together and add salt and black pepper.
2. Chop the onion and parsley, then put them in a food processor with the garlic.
3. Drain the mixture and add it to the meat, then mix them together.
4. Take the kebab skewers from the water and vinegar mixture and skewer the kebab mixture onto them.
5. Place the skewers in the oven at the highest temperature for 30 minutes.
6. Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing yogurt, tahini, salt, nutmeg, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
7. Gradually add water to adjust the consistency of the sauce.
8. Prepare the salad by chopping the onion and parsley, adding bell pepper and sumac, and mixing them together.
9. After removing the kebabs from the oven, place them in the bread and top with tahini sauce and salad. Enjoy!
