Irresistible Cinnamon Cake Swirls

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter (or a small stick)3 eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 1 ½ cups milk.
  • 2 cups flour.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder.
  • 1 cup water.
  • Oil to grease the pan with 1 tablespoon flour.

    For the filling:

  • 50 g sugar.
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon ground.
  • cinnamon.
  • 1 cup walnuts (optional).

    For the caramel sauce:
  • Caramel sauce.
  • Sweetened condensed milk.

Instructions:

1. In a mixer, combine the butter and sugar, and once the butter is melted, add the eggs gradually.


2. Add vanilla extract while mixing, then incorporate the flour.


3. Mix the flour while gradually adding the milk.


4. Thin the batter with a little water if needed.


5. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar to prepare the filling.


6. It is preferable for the butter to be melted or at room temperature.


7. Add cinnamon to the mixture and mix thoroughly.


8. Prepare the cake pan by greasing it with oil and dusting it with flour to prevent sticking.


9. Pour half of the batter into the pan, add the filling, then cover with the remaining batter.


10. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.


11. Once baked, decorate the cake with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
