"Indian Rice Pudding: A Delicious Journey to the Heart of India"
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Basmati rice.
- 1 cup water.
- 2 cups milk .
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom or vanilla.
- A pinch of saffron.
- Pistachios or any nuts .
- 1/2 cup condensed milk.
Instructions:
1. Cook the Basmati rice with water on the stove until the rice absorbs the water.
2. In another pot, add the milk and sugar.
3. Add the cardamom and saffron, and stir well until it boils.
4. Add the cooked rice to the milk mixture, stirring well every five minutes for about thirty minutes.
5. Add the nuts and condensed milk.
