Ingredients:

Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water.
  • 1/2 cup semolina (semolina flour).
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons rose water or orange blossom water.

    For the Filling or Fake Cream:
  • 2 cups milk.
  • 1/3 cup fine semolina.
  • 3 tablespoons sugar.
  • 3 tablespoons canned cream.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rose water or orange blossom water.

Instructions:

1. In a pan, put the milk, sugar, and semolina flour. Mix them together on the stove until you achieve a thick consistency.


2. Then, remove from heat and let it cool. Add the cream and a little rose water.


3. For the cheese dough, put water and sugar in a pan until the sugar dissolves with the water.


4. Gradually add the semolina while stirring until you get a thick consistency, then add the mozzarella cheese.


5. Add a little rose water and mix well until the cheese stretches, then set aside to cool.


6. Prepare plastic wrap, spread some syrup on it, place the dough on top, and roll it out evenly.


7. Spread the cream, roll the dough over it, cut it, and garnish with pistachios and syrup.
