"Fava Beans with Yogurt: A Flavorful Fusion of Tradition and Taste"

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of drained and rinsed fava beans.
  • 2 cups of yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup of tahini.
  • Juice of 2 lemons.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • Dried chili flakes to taste.
  • 1 tomato.
  • Parsley.
  • Olive oil.

Instructions:

1. Wash the fava beans, add water, and let it heat up.


2. In a bowl, combine yogurt and milk to make the yogurt sauce.


3. The tahini should be one-quarter of the amount of yogurt. Add garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.


4. Cut vegetables into cubes and chop one-fourth of a bunch of parsley.


5. When the fava beans boil and the water evaporates, add salt and cumin.


6. While the beans are still hot, mix them with the yogurt sauce.


7. Add the chopped vegetables, parsley, and olive oil.
