Dreamy Delight: Creamy Muhallebi

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 1 cup of heavy cream.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
  • A few strands of saffron.
  • 1 tablespoon of rose water.

Instructions:

1. Heat 1 liter of milk on the stove and set aside 1 cup.


2. Add 1 cup of sugar to the milk on the stove.


3. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom, saffron, and 1 cup of heavy cream, and stir until it starts to boil.


4. Mix 3 cups of cornstarch with the reserved 1 cup of milk and stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.


5. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling milk while reducing the heat.


6. Add the rose water and let it cook for 5 minutes.


7. Pour the mixture into small cups and enjoy!
