Ingredients:
- Half a cup of water.
- One and a half tablespoons of butter.
- One tablespoon of sugar.
- Half a tablespoon of oil.
- A pinch of salt.
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract or two packets of vanilla powder.
- Half a cup of flour.
- One egg.
- Sugar.
- Cinnamon.
Instructions:
1. In a pan, add water, butter, and sugar.
2. Then add the oil, salt, and vanilla. Stir over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the flour and stir well for a minute and a half.
4. Once the mixture thickens and becomes dough, let it cool well, then add an egg.
5. Mix well and put the mixture into a piping bag.
6. Fry the mixture in hot oil until it turns golden.
7. Without draining the oil, coat it with sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy!
