Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of water.
  • One and a half tablespoons of butter.
  • One tablespoon of sugar.
  • Half a tablespoon of oil.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract or two packets of vanilla powder.
  • Half a cup of flour.
  • One egg.
  • Sugar.
  • Cinnamon.

Instructions:

1. In a pan, add water, butter, and sugar.


2. Then add the oil, salt, and vanilla. Stir over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.


3. Add the flour and stir well for a minute and a half.


4. Once the mixture thickens and becomes dough, let it cool well, then add an egg.


5. Mix well and put the mixture into a piping bag.


6. Fry the mixture in hot oil until it turns golden.


7. Without draining the oil, coat it with sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy!
