"Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Potato Rolls: A Bite of Pure Indulgence!"
Ingredients:
- Potatoes.
- Olive oil.
- Cheese.
- Ground beef.
- Small chopped onion.
- Sweet or hot pepper.
- Spoonful of tomato paste.
- Pinch of salt.
- Black pepper.
- Paprika.
- Meat spices.
- Small cup of boiling water.
- Parsley.
- Parchment paper.
Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes by cutting them into long, wide slices of medium thickness. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brushed with olive oil.
2. Add a layer of cheese over the potatoes and bake in the oven at medium heat until golden brown on top and bottom.
3. To prepare the meat, heat a little oil in a pan, then add the ground beef and break it up well until its color changes.
4. Add a small chopped onion and stir well, then add the sweet or hot pepper and a spoonful of tomato paste.
5. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, paprika, and meat spices, and stir well.
6. Add a small cup of boiling water, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat for five minutes. Finally, add the chopped parsley and mix well.
7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
8. Place the ground beef on top of the potatoes without reaching the edges, sprinkle a little cheese over the meat, then roll the potatoes into a roll.
9. Brown the rolls, then place them back in the oven to crisp up and turn golden on top.
10. Slice the rolls and garnish with parsley.
Serve with bread, rice, or enjoy as is.
