"Cannelloni: Flavor-Packed Rolls of Pure Delight!"

Ingredients:

  • A little oil.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 250 grams of ground beef.
  • Salt and black pepper.
  • Meat seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
  • A pinch of sugar.

    Béchamel Sauce:
  • 2 cubes of butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • 3 tablespoons of flour.
  • 1¼ cups of milk.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Half a bouillon cube.
  • Cannelloni pasta.
  • Mixed cheese.

Instructions:

1- In a pan, add the oil and onions, and sauté until softened. Then add the ground beef and stir. When the beef begins to cook, season it.


2- Add the tomato paste and stir well, then add a little hot water and mix thoroughly. Add a pinch of sugar and let it simmer on low heat for five minutes.


3- To make the béchamel sauce, in a pot over heat, melt the butter and oil together with the flour, stirring until the flour is fully incorporated.


4- Gradually add the milk while stirring until you reach the desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and add the bouillon cube, and stir.


5- In a baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel sauce. Then, take the cannelloni pasta and stuff it with the ground beef mixture.


6- Place the stuffed pasta over the béchamel, add another layer of béchamel on top, and repeat. Bake it in the oven at 180°C.


7- Once baked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle mixed cheese on top, and return it to the oven until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
