"Baklava with Pistachios: A Crispy and Nutty Delight That Melts in Your Mouth!"

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pistachios.
  • 1 package of phyllo dough or baklava pastry.
  • 10 sheets, cut in half.
  • 1 cup of ghee.
  • 2 cups of syrup.

Instructions:

1. Grind the pistachios but stop before they turn into a powder.


2. Prepare a baking tray and grease it with ghee, then layer it with phyllo dough.


3. Divide the phyllo dough package into two halves. Place the first half in the tray and brush it with ghee.


4. Spread the entire amount of pistachios on top of the dough and then cover it with the second half of the phyllo dough.


5. Trim any excess phyllo dough, cut it into pieces, and pour melted ghee over the top.


6. Make sure the ghee covers all the sides and pour off any excess ghee.


7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.


8. Once baked, pour hot syrup over the baklava and enjoy!
