Baba Ghanoush Salad with Just 6 Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggplants.
  • 1 cup yogurt.
  • ½ cup tahini.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Olive oil.

Instructions:

1. Poke holes in the eggplants and roast them on the gas stove.


2. After 15 minutes on the flame, peel off the skins.


3. Chop the eggplant into very small pieces.


4. Add yogurt, tahini, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice to the eggplant.


5. Mix everything together and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
