Ingredients:

  • Red apple.
  • Two cubes of butter.
  • Two tablespoons of sugar.
  • A pinch of cinnamon.
  • Puff pastry.
  • Flour.

Instructions:

1- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, then place them in a pan with the butter over heat.


2- Stir the mixture, then add the sugar. Once it caramelizes, add the cinnamon and stir well until the apples soften. Remove from heat and let it cool.


3- Prepare the puff pastry, sprinkle a little flour on it, then place the apples in the center. Seal it well with a fork.


4- Trim the edges and cut small slits in the middle of the dough. Place the dough on a baking tray and drizzle a little oil on top.


5- Bake in the oven at 180°C for ten minutes. Enjoy!
